1. Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All rentals require at least 12 hours of online pre-booking.

This ensures board availability and 24/7 access.

If you need a board sooner, call or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll try to help.

2. Can I pick up or return a board outside business hours?

Yes. Self pick-up and return at the Noosa shop is available 24/7 via locker access.

3. Do you deliver surfboards?

Yes. Delivery is available within 50 km.

$20 delivery fee for orders under $100

Delivery window: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 am–12:00 pm

4. How do returns work if I choose delivery?

Returns can be made:

24/7 at the shop (via locker), or

Via pick-up from the original delivery address between 2:00 pm–5:00 pm, Monday–Saturday

Pick-up returns apply within 50 km, for orders $100+, or $20 by request.

5. Is there a security deposit?

No. We do not charge a security deposit. A 10% damage waiver is included in the rental price.

6. What does the damage waiver cover?

The damage waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover theft or loss.

7. How long is a “day” rental?

One day equals 24 hours from your selected start time.

8. Can I change or swap boards during my rental?

Board swaps are available through a monthly subscription, offered on request. Contact us for details and availability.

9. Which board should I choose if I’m not sure?

Contact us and we’ll help you choose the right board.
